Survey Results

Human Capital 2006 Survey Results

March 2006: The Social Sciences Team, in conjunction with the Human Capital Strategic Planning Team, conducted an all-employee web survey on Human Capital. View the results of the survey at this web site. The survey ran from December 5 to December 20, 2005. 7,754 responded to the survey, which represents 65% of the NRCS workforce. The findings are captured in several ways: an Executive Summary, PowerPoint, the survey questions along with percentage of respondents in each category, excel spread sheets that analyze a few variables, and word files with the respondent's unedited responses to open ended questions.

The Human Capital 2006 Survey is similar to another Employee Survey completed in 1999.
