Why Prioritize Issues or
Concerns?
Prioritizing items discussed
at a meeting with a group of people can often be difficult and time-consuming.
Using the method of paired comparisons can be helpful for ranking items
that are too numerous or too similar to mentally rank order. This technique
is objective, simple, and also ensures that every participant in a workgroup
or public meeting has a voice in how things get prioritized.
